At Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa, doctors and staff will always listen closely to your concerns, explain procedures and help you design the right treatment plan for your beauty goals and your lifestyle. Your experience may begin with complimentary cosmetic consultation in our Palm Beach Gardens office where a patient coordinator will review your goals and explain dynamics of the many cosmetic surgical and non-surgical options available. We will share with you an extensive collection of the doctors' before and after photos as well as set up any personal meetings or conversations with past patients so you can be even better prepared for what the procedure may do for you.

If you're looking to discuss plastic surgery for your upper face, such as eyelids or brow lift, or the injectable procedures for your face you will consult with Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Andrea Hass. For other procedures for the face, neck, nose, breasts and body you will meet with either Dr. Brian Hass or Dr. Andrea Hass. For those interested in CoolSculpting®, we have several CoolSculpting® technicians that can help assess if you're a good candidate for 'freezing the fat'! We also have a medical aesthetician available to help enhance your new look with a more beautiful complexion. At Hass Plastic Surgery & Medispa/FreezeMyFatFL many cosmetic procedures can safely be performed at the same time to maximize patient recovery.

Almost every member of the Hass team has had cosmetic procedures by the doctors and our beauty professionals and they are always eager to discuss their experiences! VERONICA, Practice Administrator

With a degree in healthcare administration, Veronica has devoted over 20 years to working in both hospital and private healthcare practices. She always loved the cosmetic healthcare industry and became a part of our team in 2013. She is important to day-to-day business operations and overall office management for human resources and general doctor support. She loves that patients are genuinely appreciative of their new found confidence with plastic surgery procedures. Patients get to know Veronica as they finalize paperwork for surgeries and review details for medication. She is a valuable team player for doctors and staff as she is the go-to person for all office detail.

TRACEY, Receptionist

With over 5 years of medical office experience, Tracey joined Hass Plastic Surgery in 2014 as our receptionist. In our world, she is command central and the main coordinator for scheduling our busy group. Her welcome attitude greets those on the phone and in-person and she always works diligently to get patients the appointments they need . With a good ability to keep the team on task she makes sure the office flow is dynamic and efficient for all. She loves the opportunity to help people with their questions about cosmetic procedures and get them quickly scheduled to see the right practitioner on our Hass team. Tracey loves to see patients not only at their 'before' but most importantly the huge smiles they sport by feeling so good with their new look and confidence. assisting the doctors with post-operative care or minor procedures or even in with patients in recovery. She plays an important role in keeping schedules on track and making sure patients are cared for in every way. Because she knows what to expect in all aspects of our practice dynamics she provides a seamless flow for all, practitioners and patients alike.

WENDY, Surgical Coordinator

Wendy had been in the plastic surgery industry since 2005 when she not only worked as a patient coordinator, but ran all aspects of a busy cosmetic practice. When she joined our team in 2015 her main focus was to transition more toward patient care before and after surgery. Because she knows the rollercoaster of emotions that patients go through when having elective medical procedures it is her passion to make this transition seamless and comfortable. Patients love her patience, her diligence to every detail and her understanding ways. Whether she's prepping a surgical patient, assisting the doctors in the operating room, or taking a late night phone call, Wendy is a welcome member to the 5-star team at Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa.

JILL, Marketing Director / Patient Coordinator / Certified CoolSculpting® Technician

Jill joined the Hass team in 1999 working with the doctors early in their practice development. With past accomplishments in marketing, advertising and public relations she has greatly contributed to the practice expansion. While not only handling marketing efforts she also meets with patients during consultation to educate and prepare them for surgery. She is part of the team leadership for FreezeMyFatFL and has completed a specialized training course through CoolSculpting® University, where she learned advanced CoolScultping® techniques. One of the most rewarding aspects of Jill's work is the close relationships she develops with patients. They like her caring commitment and enthusiasm in helping them feel comfortable about their cosmetic decisions. She loves seeing a patient's new found confidence and dedication in wanting to always look and feel their best. She is proud to be part of a dedicated and close knit team of professionals that welcomes patients from all over the world for consistent beautiful results.

KRISTINA, Patient Coordinator / Certified CoolSculpting® Technician

Before joining Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa in 2005, Kristina had worked managing a busy cosmetic dermatology practice in Boston. She enjoyed watching patients' transformation with the new facial injectables just being introduced at that time, so she made it her passion to find a similar opportunity when she relocated to South Florida. With her medical background, past concierge experience and her vivacious, caring personality she has become a huge part of our patient services team. As a Patient Coordinator and Certified CoolSculpting® Technician, she is a visible player in all facets of our successful approach to patient care with beautiful results. Like many of the Hass staff, Kristina understand plastic surgery from the patient's perspective which makes her a great advocate. Whether meeting with you in consultation or treating you with CoolSculpting® she'll give you specialized care through the whole process.

MARITZA, Medical Assistant, Patient Services Coordinator

Maritza, our office fashionista, had been working in an ophthalmic practice for years prior, but it was through word of mouth that she discovered she could enhance her career and now combine beauty and ophthalmic specialties in a plastic surgery medical practice. Since 2012 she has been Dr. Andrea Hass' medical assistant making sure injectables and eyelid scheduling is handled in a very detailed and enjoyable manner. She is loved by patients for her caring ways, professionalism and thorough suggestions for facial rejuvenation. She loves being a part of such a cohesive staff and thrives on providing information to patients so they can achieve amazing results with both surgery and injectables. Se habla Espanol.

HILLARY, Certified Physician Assistant

Hillary is our licensed and certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years experience. She received her Bachelor degree from University of Florida and then did a Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University. Before joining the Hass team in 2015 she worked with internal medicine physicians and also gained experience with many of the popular cosmetic procedures of injectables and lasers. Her main role in our practice is to help give patients natural facial rejuvenation with the injectables of BOTOX®, Disport®, Juvéderm®, Belotero®, and the Restylane® products. With Hillary's aesthetic eye, gentle touch and her development of advanced techniques under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Hass, she is well equipped to give our patients the results they desire.

JENNIFER, Business Administrator

A veteran staffer that is now more part-time due to motherhood, Jennifer started at the Hass office when still in high school in 1999 handling filing and office assistance. Through the years she has handled many administrative responsibilities including billing, insurance detail and has kept the office running smoothly with too many details to mention. Since becoming a parent Jennifer continues her commitment to our back office administrative duties and now handles mostly accounting and assisting on practice business functions. Because of her longevity with the team, she has a keen understanding of our patients' needs and continues to be a willing team player to the Hass successes.

LINDA, Certified Surgical Technician

Linda began working with the doctors in 1997 after having had the opportunity to work with them at other area surgical centers and hospitals. With a strong background as a certified surgical technician for over 35 years she was anxious to lend her expertise as a first assistant to an operating room dedicated to cosmetic surgery excellence. Her accuracy and consistency in preparation of the surgical tools for each case makes her a valuable player to our doctors needs and allows the patient to have a procedure with no complications. She feels lucky to do something she really loves with such a dedicated team that care so much about their patients.

ASHLEY, Nurse Practitioner

Ashley is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the Hass team in May 2018. Before working in healthcare she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business as well as a Masters in Business Administration at Lynn University in Florida. She participated in several study abroad programs in Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, France, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. After business school, Ashley moved to the northeast to work at JP Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank. Unfortunately for the banking business, her passion for finance was not as strong as the one she had for the 'self-confidence' business of medical aesthetics. Having learned about the field through a friend who was a nurse injector for a top plastic surgeon, she realized she could combine her attention to detail with her passion to help others improve their self-confidence with cosmetic procedures. She swapped out her heels and put on some scrubs and attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia where she earned her B.S. and her Masters in Nursing. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Ashley is thrilled to be part of the Hass Plastic Surgery team and excited at the prospects of growing her own experiences in the specialized cosmetic practice.

Jeni Brown,

Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Tattoo Professional

BFA, MPS, BTA, PMLR

Jeni has had a serious passion for art for as long as she can
remember! Her passion carried her through college where she
graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in
Sculpture. I can still hear the collective, "What are you going to do
with that degree?" from my loved ones. Well, she proved her educated artistic passion could evolve into a very successful career. At first she did sculpture exhibitions across South Florida at the same time entertaining new fields within the art realm. Ultimately she found her niche of art in the tattoo industry and, as she would tell you, never looked back.

Although she still draws and tattoos creatively, her focus has gone from tattoo shop artistry to para-medical cosmetic rejuvenation. At the Hass Plastic Surgery & MediSpa she offers permanent makeup, specialized micro-blading techniques and non-laser tattoo removal. She prides herself on not only on patient satisfaction, comfort and safety no matter what area of the face or body. Her expertise and creativity can help patients with everything from life-changing tattooing decisions regarding scarring, blemishes and nipple reconstruction, to those who just don't want (or even know how) to put eyeliner or brows on every day.

Jeni joined the Hass Medispa team in 2018 and with her advanced training, professional certifications and artistic abilities ads an exciting dimension to our cosmetic procedure repertoire. Patients (women and men alike ) have been extremely satisfied with her beautiful results.
